It’s a new show. We have 2 in a day.

First up Jamie Hayter vs Bobbi Tyler - Jamie turned on Bobbi to join Odeo Tai during 6 woman match 2 shows ago.

Pre match Promo Highlights

Bobbi - Jamie is a coward, attacked me when my back was turned, today is my chance at redemption.

Jamie - Runs down her previous experiences in Osaka. She’s wrestled Bobbi a lot but now she has a team. She has Oedo Tai and she has it all to prove.

Bobbi out first bouncing to the ring along to her music. Jamie is out with my favourite Natsu! What a bonus. A couple of people shout ‘Jamie’, who then encourages more people to shout ‘Jamie’. Then Bobbi calls for ‘Bobbi’ shouts and gets a decent amount. Jamie is annoyed. Love it.

Jamie Hayter not impressed with crowd chants for Bobbi Tyler

Match Highlights - Jamie begins by berating the crowd for shouting for Bobbi then leaves the ring to sit in the crowd. Great stalling by Jamie. Jamie offers test of strengths then checks her nails when Bobbi goes for it. Bobbi bridges out of a test strength pin. Nice. Reversal sequence ends with Bobbi in a submission and Jamie repeatedly breaking the rules with hair pulls and what not. Big splash from Bobbi in corner for 2.

Jamie comes back after tripping Bobbi from the outside. Big Clothesline for a near fall then I’m going to say the start of a Falcon Arrow but bought down almost into a Codebreaker for the 3 and a quick win. I like the look of that finish, didn’t quite get the best view from the camera angle. Short dominant win for Jamie Hayter. Not much involvement from Natsu. Booo.

Next we have a Trios Tournament round 1 - Hana Shimai vs Starlight Kid, Natsumi and Alex Gracia of STARS

Promo Highlights

Hana Shimai - Which is Hina, Rina and Hanan - Its 2 of their first time in Osaka and the sisters want to show what they’re made of. Based on how it’s been going so far I predict they will lose.

STARS - They’re ready to take them on. Let’s do it.

The Sisters out with the usual choreographed gymnastic display. Looking tidier without Natsumi joining in. Just realised my last article said Natsumi was with QQ in my first show, when I meant STARS. The STARS all come out together I think to Kid’s music. It could be Alex’s though. Not that up with my musics yet. First streamers. Loads for Starlight Kid, including some expertly thrown that you see explode just above her. Great Angle.

Match Highlights - Multiple Handshakes to start. Sporting. Natsumi has Hina in a submission and when Alex and Kid go for the punt the partners off the apron. They fail! They’re knocked out themselves and the sisters are in with running corner dropkicks then the double armbar/figure four combo again. Poor apron work from Alex and Kid there. Nastumi with a paradise lock double back stomp on Rina for a 2. Kid then scoop slams all three of them. Kicks Hanan out the way then hits a double moonsault on the other two. I love the enthusiasm the sisters have when they are on offence. Always so happy! Their apron punting game is on as well. Until they miss when it matters after Hanan hits a fisherman suplex with a bridge which Alex and Natsumi break up.

Big chop from Alex then a springboard crossbody for 2. Blkockbuster to a seated Hanan gets another 2. The sisters then take it in turns with quick tags and pinning combinations on Alex whilst the other 2 work on their apron punting until eventually STARS are on top. Drop-kick to the back from Kid and a 619 but pin is broken up. In ring melee ends with Hanan isolated. Gracia overshoots Hanan on the diving meteora and doesn’t really get her, but that’s the finish 1-2-3. Shame about the ending. Fun little match. STARS advance

Double vertical onto Starlight Kid

Its another Trios Tournament round 1 match. Hana Kimura, Sadie Gibbs and Mary Apache vs Queens Quest (Viper, Bea and Utami)

Promo Highlights - Hana, Sadie and Mary are joined by Bobbi Tyler. They don’t say a lot.

Queens Quest - Viper says they have the advantage as they’ve been together for a while and Sadie is new to the other team. Sound logic from Viper.

It’s the weird ‘You blocked me on Facebook and now you’re going to die’ entrance theme for the unnamed team. Bobbi is out to ringside as well. Utami and Viper are laden with belts. Queens Quest have their QQUK shirts on today. Sadie got 2 streamers! Mary got 4. Hana gets quite a lot. Too many to count. Bea and Viper get no streamers. Utami gets gets some. Two clumps thrown at different times from the same area. The streamer culture is very interesting to me. I will ask someone about it next time I’m with a Stardom fan.

Match Highlights - Mary no sells running shoulders from Utami then hits one of her own and they all punt QQ off the apron. I bloody love the apron punting. Hana poses in the ring whilst choking Utami. She continues to mock her by posing whilst standing on her head. Then tries to pin her by standing on her head. Utami fights back and tags in Bea. Some nice kicks by Bea including a running big boot. Melee end with all of the Mary team in the corner, followed by multiple running moves ending with a crossbody onto Han from Viper and a Bea pin attempt. Nice slightly delayed vertical from Hana on Bea. Then in comes Sadie with some sharp kicks and a gorilla press on Bea followed by a standing moonsault for a pin attempt. Nice rope running sequence between Hana and Utami .

Hana with a big boot that looks like her foot went through Utami’s head. Ace. Hana goes for armbar. Bea and Viper get the punt, nut Utami struggles to the ropes. Viper and Mary in and now its Mary’s shoulder blocks that have no affect. A big clothesline does though. This is followed by melee which leaves just Sadie standing in the ring into the handspring moonsault to the outside and then Viper with a running cannonball from the ramp takes everyone out! Mary and Viper find their way into the ring. Chop, headbutt, Michinoku Driver and that will be all. Viper gets the win for Queens Quest and they’re moving on to the semi-finals I think in the evening show later on.

Big nut from Viper!

3rd Trios Match - Oedo Tai vs J.A.N

Promo Highlights - Please be food involved! Its Ruaka, Natsuko and Jungle Kyona for J.A.N - Catchphrase, short and sweet.

Oedo Tai - Kagestu, Hazuki and who’s that hiding under a hood….is it…..could it be…..NATSU!!! Kagestu cuts a super serious sounding promo and passes over to Natsu who cannot stop herself from laughing. Still hiding under the hood. These guys promos are bloody brilliant.

Oh yes, just remembered Oedo Tai dance moves! Love their theme as well. Sort of dance music with a jolly flute over the top of it. I bloody love this entrance.

Jungle Kyona is taunting Kagetsu and her first burst of streamers miss her. Nastu goes one better when she turns into hers and they hit her in the face.

Kagestu returns the favour by squaring up to Jungle Kyona with her title and a dagger. Don’t bring streamers to a knife fight JK.

I’ve now been distracted looking for Natsu march online. No luck so far.

Match Highlights - Natsu is in the match. It’s already a highlight, any singing today? Here we go! What a delight. Natsuko kicks her mid song. She’s not impressed by these antics. Natsu just starts again. After 3 renditions of We Will Rock You Natsuko has had enough. Natsu keep trying to lead the chant whilst getting beaten up by Ruaka and Natsuko. You are the best Natsu! Top of the list of wrestlers I want to see live. After unsuccessfully attacking JK with a ribbon Natsu continues to get beaten up by all of J.A.N. We also get our first apron punting. Natsu punts JK in the face and Hazuki is in. Nice springboard double missile dropkick onto JK and Ruaka.

Boom - Double springboard kick from Hazuki

Whilst Kagetsu is battering JK Natsu literally picks the ref’s pocket to get her ribbon back!

The absolute hero Natsu literally picking the refs pocket in the bottom left of the screen.

Kagetsu working the arm of JK, including coming off the top straight onto it. Discus lariat takes Kagetsu down, but hurts JK’s own arm in the process. Natsu whips the crowd into a frenzy and when she actually goes to do a move gets booted by Ruaka. She’s bloody entertaining but I’m not sure on her strategy some of the time. Huge clothesline by JK and a boot from Ruaka gets a near fall.

Assisted splash from Ruaka and its broken up last minute by Hazuki. Melee leaves Nasu and Ruaka alone again. Crossbody from Ruaka gets a long long two. Then Natsu catches Ruaka off the ropes in a inside cradle and its over. Oedo Tai win and we get Natsu music. I must say I prefer the Oedo Tai entrance. Anyway Oedo Tai advance and that means more Natsu! Excellent stuff.

Afternoon Show Main Event - STARS vs Queens Quest. I’ve been busy with school and there are now 4 more shows after this one uploaded that I am behind on. Need to up my game.

Promo Highlights - Stars are having fun. Trying a new ‘The Bar like pose’

Queens Quest are very confident. Think we have a new wrestler here I haven’t seen before. Arisa Hoshiki. She’s having a whale of a time goofing around during the entrance. Tam tries to keep a straight face. Its Tam, Kashima and Hoshiki for STARS vs AZM, Konami and Watanabe for QQ .

The big Flag is out! Hoshiki gets covered in Streamers and roundhouses her way out oft them. Could be a rival for Natsu here. Poor streamer haul for AZM. Not great for Momo either. Konami did OK. Definitely advantage STARS in the streamer department.

QQ offer their hands then when STARS go in they kick them away.

Match Highlights - New fave Hoshiki is dancing in front of the ref to distract him from a double team. Absolutely love this, but from what I’ve seen from the refs I’m not sure you need to have bothered. Absolute Roberts. Triple dropkick on Momo. Hoshiki is slightly behind as she ran the wrong way at the start. What a hero. Everything Momo does looks like it hurts. She absolutely punts Kashima in the back. AZM with a nasty looking springboard double stomp on to Kashima’s arm. She then gets punted some more whilst in a camel clutch. Momo running point with the apron punting. Kashima fights back with a slap on Momo, you might regret that. Big forearms from Momo but Kashima hits a tilt a whirl and get the tag. Hoshiki laying some boots in then calls Tam in and double kicks to Momo. Roberts refuses to count a pin by two people at the same time.

Fantastic corner dropkicks from Momo. Love those. Now Hoshiki and Konami are exchanging big punts to the midriff until Konami catches the leg and ankle locks her. Nice fire by Hoashiki, then Tam with a big boot. This promotion uses a lot of kicks. Its bloody great. Educated feet. They all look like they hurt. Now big forearms from Tam and AZM. Double front/back kick on Tam by Momo and Konami and AZM gets a near fall. They miss the triple missile dropkick and STARS come in and hit stereo dropkicks of their own.

Kashima takes them all out with a dive to the floor. Bridging German from Tam on AZM gets a big near fall. Then she gets caught in a roll up for another great late kick out. Double knees from the top from Tam followed by a great running knee that absolutely takes AZM’s head off and its over. STARS win. Momo and Tam have to be held apart after the final whistle. Hoshiki is the happiest during the celebration. Really enjoyed that match.

Big Knee from Tam to AZM picks up the 3

Post Match Promo - Tam thanks Osaka and reminds them there is another show tonight. Tam calls the rest of STARS into the ring. Hoshiki is goofing around as Tam gets them all to do the STARS pose and teach the crowd. Hoshiki hugs Tam who seems to her. Tam then covers up Hoshiki during the pose. Definitely something going on with those two. Hoshiki is brilliant.

Fun show.

Stars of the day.

1,Natsu

2. Hoshiki

3. Momo Watanabe

*Apparently Hoshiki was in the main event of the first show I watched. Well she left a much bigger impression on me this time. What a delight.
